Each appointment covers one small, straightforward service.

Sprinkler Head Replacement

Have a damaged or poorly performing sprinkler head? I can replace one accessible sprinkler head using a compatible replacement provided by you during the appointment.

Service limit: Limited to a straightforward, above-ground replacement. Underground pipe, valve, wiring, and major irrigation repairs are not included.

Irrigation System Adjustment

I can help adjust sprinkler spray direction, review basic coverage, or update the watering schedule on an accessible irrigation controller.

Service limit: This is a basic adjustment visit, not a full irrigation inspection, diagnosis, or repair service.

Winter Pipe Wrap

Before freezing weather arrives, I can help wrap accessible exterior pipes and hose bibs to provide additional protection from cold temperatures.

Service limit: Service is limited to accessible exterior plumbing and does not include plumbing repairs or freeze-damage guarantees.
